Hallo,
we have a ugly problem that are affecting all web user.
Every time Some people send a mail with a attachment (in most case Pdfs, created with PrimoPdf, on a Win7 client with 8.5.3 Notes Client installed (italian) and template upgraded on the server to 8.5.3 italian design (with also folder design)) it is impossible to open it via webclient.
Usually, if the users (when is told to have sent a mail and that the mail cannot be open) send again the mail (FORWARDING IT, not creating a new one) the mail arrive to the user, and he can open it without error.
IF You open the (first) mail in a Desktop Client (the same mail that isn't possibile to open in a web client), the mail is OK, and it's possible to open it.
I've just upgraded both template (not only the sender one, but olso the receiving one, WITH 8.5.3 Ita) but still occour.
If u select the mail (in the web client) you cannot forward nor aswer to it, because of the same error.
if u select the mail (in the web client) you can use the "show complete mime" and see it (if can be usefully)
I know, this is very strange
:(
Anyway, if you try to open the mail in a web client (Internet Explorer) you receive the following error:
Error encountered retrieving data: invalid character
If you check the consolle log on the webclient, you can see:
$HaikuForm - 480

This is very annoing for as, as we are receiving a lot of complaints from our users....
Home someone here will help us to solve this issue.
Thanks
Wm1
